Problem adding catalog to SC from custom BSP to EBP...

Hi All,

We are working on a BSP where we have a DropdownListbox , tableView and a Button.

onSelection of a value in DDLB , a server side event is triggered and the itab for tableView is populated in the eventhandler OnInitialization

The user can select multiple ROWS in tableView.

Based on the selected rows an intenal table NEW_ITEM is filled on the press of the BUTTON .This NEW_ITEM is passed as hidden fields as follows in the layout :

<% loop at new_item into wa_item. %>
   <input type="hidden" name="NEW_ITEM-MATNR[<%= sy-index .%>]" value = "<%= wa_item-matnr %>">
   <inpat type="hidden" name="NEW_ITEM-QUANTITY[<%= sy-index .%>]" value = "<%= wa_item-quantity %>">
   <inpat type="hidden" name="NEW_ITEM-UNIT[<%= sy-index .%>]" value = "<%= wa_item-unit %>">
   <inpat type="hidden" name="NEW_ITEM-CURRENCY[<%= sy-index .%>]" value = "<%= wa_item-currency %>">
   <inpat type="hidden" name="NEW_ITEM-PRICE[<%= sy-index .%>]" value = "<%= wa_item-price %>">

<% endloop. %>

When i TEST the BSP application from SE80 , all is fine.

But when the same application is called from the SICF service BBPSTART (SICF service for SRM),the from is SUBMITED for onSelect event of the DDLB, even before the internal table NEW_ITEM is filled. So the NEW_ITEM is passed as INITIAL.

What shall i do so that the form is submited only when the event from BUTTON is triggerd , but not for event triggered by any other element?

Thanks for the help.

BR,

Anubhav.
