CRM UI scroll button enable for context area

Hi SAP Experts,

Would like to ask for your expertise regarding the issue that we are working on.

In CRM UI, we would like to enable/use the scroll option for Alert Context area to view all alerts that was logged or triggered.

    Yes Bruce Li, yes that is correct.

    We wanted to see all the alerts listed in that context area. However, even the scroll button is enable, we are unable to see all the alerts.

    Hello Randy,

    From a functionality point of view, the alerts are ideally short text message and hence there was never a need to provide any functionality to display if texts were getting de-limited.

    The alert box is of fixed length and can only hold that much characters which can fix in that.

    There is no customization to add scrollbar to alert area. Changing .css files might be a way. But there are two workaround which are easier than modifying .CSS files.
