Message Control OBA5 dosn't work

Hi Experts :

I tried to swich off message 29125 in OBA5 .This message prompts when I add a component which is BULK in CS02 or CS01 .

Below is what I did in SPRO. But message is still prompts . Please give some advice.

1. go to SM30 ,table T100S .

2. Go to OBA5 to swich of message for users .

3. But the message is sill here in CS02 or CS01 .

Hello

Sometimes messages are hardcoded, in order to prevent inconsistencies. The following blog shows how to check if a message is hardcoded or not:
