Doubt in open dataset(unicode) syntax for 4.6b

Hi Experts,

I need open dataset (for Unicode ) syntax in 4.6B version .

Actually I tried with OPEN DATASET p_ofile1 in TEXT MODE for output ENCODING UTF-8.

Its giving the syntax error.

Can any one plz help this issue.

Point will be sure.
