Ignoring special stock indicator in creating transfer order (2-step-picking)

Hi,

As a developer, I am struggling on ignoring "special stock indicator" in splitting transfer order ( in 2-step-picking from bin to collective run).

Currently, system splits the TO based on different special stock indicator even when I have the same material and the same Bin. The requirement is: Same materials from same location(storage type and bin) should merge in a single TO.( it means the quantity should be merged not one TO with some line items).

Any idea on customizing or developing is highly appreciated.

Bahman

Which sense should this make? you are mixing Coke and Wodka into one bottle and finally you need it seperate again (2 quants) otherwise your data will be inconsistent with the MM stock.

Hi Jürgen,

We are going to Impediment collective run logic. So in the first Step we collect all materials in one area ( " Storage type/ collective run number" ) and in second step we allocate the materials to each order. All we are doing is to avoid having extra TO for the same materials in WH.

For normal picks it works correctly and materials are collected from different orders into one TO, but for B2B orders not. because we have special stock indicator for them.

Hope that makes sense.

quants can merge if they have the same characteristics, for special stock quants each quant has an individual special stock number.

these are the fields that determine if a quant has to be splitted
