Error: You are not authorized to use Transaction SWNWIEX while approving Shopping cart from UWL

Issue:

When user approves the Shopping cart from UWL they get an error "You are not authorized to use Transaction SWNWIEX". We have checked with Basis team and they confirmed that this is not an authorization issue. Can anyone please assist? The issue happens with few users in SRM.

Hi,

Regarding authorization the users MUST be assigned with AT LEAST role SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_UWL_END_USER so that to be able to perform normal workflow operations from the UWL. Also in the note referenced within 938717 (note 941589), it mentions about the following additional role:

SAP_BC_UWL_END_USER

Check the taskid and check the xml definition is the right action given in the action handler and the right application maintained.
