crystal report editor does not work in visual studio 2017

Hello, Visual report 2017 and Crystal Report CRforVS_13_0_22, I can compile the application in both VS 2010 and VS 2017, but in Visual Studio 2017 Editor Crystal Report is not a project with visual studio 2010 and Crystal Report CRforVS_13_0_2 works, file with .rpt extension it is opened in white and not visible files.

Right click on the setup.exe and select Run As Administrator as noted in the SP 21 note on the WIKI page.
