Security authorization Error in ECC 6

Hi,

While executing the transaction GB02, it checks the auth. obj S_NUMBER. This auth.obj was restricted with some value on field "Name of No. range obj. (NROBJ)" in R0le-A. But for the same user, in another role (Role B) the auth. obj. S_NUMBER with value ' * '. So it should overwrite the auth. Obj. S_NUMBER with value ' * ' in any point of checks.

But unfortunately this auth. obj. conflicts from the both roles so user not able execute the transaction (Here no possibility of SU53 dump, pops a window with exit button only).

Once deactivate the auth.obj. S_NUMBER in Role-A is allowing the user to execute.

But If you deactivate this obj. in role A makes the others get effected.

Can anybody please rectify me, when the same obj. exists in 2 diff. roles for the same user conflicts or is there any other reason that solves this issue.

Your inputs are much appreciated.....

Thanks & Regards,

Kankipati

    Hi Kankipati,

Please remove the t-code authorisation in one user profile and make new role for this use only removed t-code and assign to him. Now you will find all the activity will run smoothly.

    Regards,

    Anil
