[FreeOsshm] umap shared memory failed Error

Hi

The OS : Windows Server 2003 / MS SQL Server 2005 / SAP ERP 6.0 SR3.

Recently we have performed ERP upgrade from 4.7 and then subsequently did a DB Upgrade from 2000 to 2005.

Finally when we check the windows even log, we find the following error for the SAP System.

[FreeOsshm] umap shared memory failed.

ERROR_INVALID_ADDRESS 
Attemp to access invalid address.

Please let me know if you know about this error.
