Cannot Delete DTP Request

Hi Experts,

Can anyone explain why can't I delete a data request in DTP after changing the status to red? Thanks.

Also, when I tried to check the background job in SM37 for the request for deletion, I noticed that the BI system automatically cancels the backgound jobs.

Your input will be appreciated.
