Opportunity Surveys in BW

Hi,

We have created a survey in CRM and assigned it to Opportunity. We would like to pull this data in to BI and have a report with both opportunity data and survey information. When i looked for surveys in BI, I found them under cross application components.

Can some body help me to understand how do i get survey data associted to Opportunity when i am creating the reports
