Alert Category Selection in RWV - Alert Config

Hi Experts,

My end users are not able to select alert category to create the alert rule. Even I have loged in with my login user and also not able to select alert category.

I can select alert category and create rule on my machine but not on other machine.

Is there any machine specifi settings / requirement?
