I have seen documentation regarding using hdbuserstore settings (specifying multiple host / port entries) such that application servers will cycle through available HDB hosts and automatically connect after a HANA DB auto-failover scenario (https://help.sap.com/viewer/6b94445c94ae495c83a19646e7c3fd56/2.0.01/en-us/71a59f29274b407996170de35c9ad292.html).
Does anyone know if this would also work for an HSR takeover scenario? It would be nice to have this re-connection automated rather than having to update DNS / hostfile entries to connect to the take-over host.
