SBO Mailer Winfax

Hi I've recently set up SBO mailer with Winfax on a client pc. It seems to be unstable though. I can only send emails from the pc that has winfax installed and sometimes it doesn't send the email via SBO. Are there any settings I should know about? Should winfax be installed on all client pcs?
