smartform labels Partial printing with zebra printer

Hi all

i have developed label using smartform , when i executed print preview is coming fine and showing all the values and it seems fine but when i try to print label using zebra printer it is not printing properly means its printing upto some extent like halfpage. The remaining page getting empty. please let me know the problem.

Hi Morris,

get in touch with ur BASIS guy and ask help. Its got nothing to do with ur smartform. If the print preview is correct, there is no reason why it shud not be printed. Contact the basis guy

I have the same issue when printing frontend, print a half of the label,

You got this issue when printing frontend or backend??

Anyway Can you please let me know how you could solve the issue.

hi the issues was solved. Problem is only with zebra printer installation .thankx nayan.
