workflow notification

Hi Friend

I need to send a notification for the to Outlook mail for task 20000166. We are using program RSWUWFML2. This program actually send mail to external e mail address for workitem in SAP inbox. But it copies the task description and subject line from workitem text and description. But if we add one extra document number in mail text then is there any way?? Suppse for task 20000166. I want to add docuemnt type also. Please let me know the solution.

Depending on the version you are on you can take a look at extended notifications, if I am not mistaken you have an option there to change the mail text.

Otherwise you will need to copy RSWUWFML2 and enhance so the mail text will be altered.

Hi,

Copy the standard task and make custom task. attach the custom task in the workflow. you can do this thru tcode PFTC. and change the work item text.
