Please Help :NO Pay Leave Caluculation:: URGENT

Hi ,

we caluculate no payleave as :

= ( Total Base Salary +

+ Weekday Allowance

+ Weekend Allowance ) * 12 mths / ( 52 weeks * 5.5DW ).

on that( when employee took No pay leave) he has another another allowence has been given : Rs .1000

Now sytem caluculating NPL as below :

normal formala as said above + 1000* 12 mths / ( 52 weeks * 5.5DW ).

why system calulating twice in this way ?
