HR Rule for ESS leave request

hi friends

i have requirement that if EG(EMPLOYEE GROUP) = 1 or 7 it should go to the 1st level approval after approved it should go his HR for the final approval. But standard rule 60100010 its not giving any result when i enter all the details in pfac like last name,personal area,employee subgroup and country code. is there any standard rule which will find only one HR for a perticular PERNR. its urgent

problem solved by customized method and passed necessary details. I solved the issue.

if you want the approval should happen only for specific employee groups. then you can add the check condition / workflow start condition.

I think, u dont have to change the rule in your scenario.

Hi Vijay.

Even if standard doesn't suit with your requirement, responsibility rule is quite straight forward to create.

Create your rule specification employee group, personnel area, etc. and maintain the assignment.
