MB1C Issue

Hi,

While creating MB1C, I have maintained OSM2 too, system doesnt allows me to save the material. Following Error :

In table 169P the entry 1111 is missing. Where 1111 is my company code.

Please help

Dear Rahul,

Please check the company code settings in the IMG

SPRO>Enterprise sructure>Definition>Financial accounting>Edit,copy,delete,check company code.

SPRO>Enterprise sructure>ASSIGNMENT>Financial accounting>Assign company code to company.

SPRO>Enterprise sructure>Assignment>Logistic general>Assign plant to company code.

This table is related (T169P) to Invoice verification. Ther could be some possible account determination issue in MM account determination (OMWB).

Try to maintain the table T169P with SM30, Check whehter the system is allowing the table maintenance manually.

Material management ==> Logistics Invoice Verification ==>

Invoice Verification in Background ==> Define Automatic Status Change

create new entry with your company code ..

It did eliminated the error by your path, thanks for that.

but now its shows, Material 264 does not exist in warehouse RST

Any thoughts ?

Hello,

It seems, you have activated WM in your structure. Extend the material to Ware house. Go to MM01, input the material number, select the views (WM1 and WM2), input the warehouse number and other related data and save.

Hello,

In the enterprise structure , assignment , Logistics execution , remove the assignemt of warehouse number to plant/storage.

SPRO --> Enterprise Structure --> Assignment --> Logistice Execution --> Assign warehouse number to plant / storage loaction. Remove you warehouse number and plant/storage assignment. (select the entry and delete)
