Web Page Composer Question

Hi All,

I understand that WPC can publish content for unanimous logon. But the question is that can we create a iView/Page and give that page to a non-technical person and he/she updates this page as and when required.

The person updating this iView/page will be a completely nontechnical person, perhaps a business user.

Please suggest.
