Dynamic Actions in ESS

Hi,

Does anyone know if the dynamic actions used in the Personnel Administration (PA) module (R/3) can be transferred to the Employee Self Service (ESS) functionality?

If so, how can this be configured?

Or is there another way to get this same funcionality in ESS?
