Material Document list

Hi,

I need material document list w.r.t payer.

I checked with Report MB51 which gives w.r.t sold to party.

So kindly help.

Hi Vimal,

You can not get Payer information in Material Document List Report OR any Inventory Report because when we do PGI, Material Document (Movement Type) does not consider Payer, it considers Sold-to-Party as Customer.

your question is not clear, what do you mean by payer ?? means customer who has payed the amount ??

Customer is divided into

Sold to party

Ship to party

Bill to party

Payer

In this report it shows only w.r.t sold to party

To be clear it shows only material document created thro sales order, if we enter the customer name.

Whereas I want material documents created thro PO as well as SO.

It looks like query to me.. MSEG and SO table. I don't that information is available in MSEG.

Hi,

Go to T.code SAP1, this will show all the reports functional area-wise.

For purchasing reports : Go to Material management --> Purchasing

For Inventory management reports : Go to Material management --> Inventory management.
