Whats New with Support Pack 15

Hello Folks,

Can anybody explain me what new with Support Pack 15 ?

How has it improved\enchanced the existing Service Desk( SLA part )...

Please note that i am not looking for Side effects of Support Pack 15..

Full points will be rewarded....

The "delta note" for each service pack can be found here:

It does not only contain corrections but also a list of enhancements. This is the delta for SP14 vs. SP15.
