Hi,

while doing sales order

i am getting following error,

"Receiver categ. is not allowed by settlement prof. SD1 for this sender""

what does it n how to solve this??

hi

Assign a settlement profile to the sender, that implements th required receiver category .

Choose "Goto -> Settlement Parameters".

Specify another receiver for distribution rule 001. If yo already used this rule for a previous settlement, enter valid-to period. Then enter a new rule for the next settlemen with a receiver category. This category must be one that i allowed by settlement profile SD1.

Dear Rahul

It seems some status profile is assigned to your sale order type. Go to VOV8, select your order type and see what status profile is assigned there. Now go to BS02, select that status profile, place your mouse on "Status" and click on blue lens on top. There change it to "Allowed" or "Warning". Now try to create sale order.
