half day absent not caliculating: urgent

Dear All,

I had a following issue in payroll.

System is not considering half day absent.

We are not using time so in the planned working time we have given.

1. Work schedule rule: NORM (which is common to every body)

2. Time management status: 7-Time evaluation without payroll integration.

Can any body advise me how to solve this issue.
