Display of UDF

Hi all,

In Sales Quotation document at row level i created follwing UDF.

1)Item No

2)Item Dsc

3)Quantity.

Now i am getting this UDF in Item type Sales Quotation Doc also.my requierment is i want to display this UDF when ill select Service type Doc.

Hi Chetan,

The UDF's Created for Marketing Documents are common for both 'Item Type' and 'Service Type' Documents.

You can scroll through the Matrix to find the UDF's.

Otherwise you would have set the visibility of UDF's to false in the Form Settings.

Hi,

i want to display U_Item Code,U_Item name,U_quantity UDF in Row Level only when i'll select doc. type as Service type.When i'll select doc. type as a Item type i don't want to display These three UDF in Row Level.

The only way is do it with SDK programming.

In Form Settings you can set up which fields to display and which fields not to, although you need to do it for every user separately.
