new to hcm

hi,

im new to HCM, just into a few topics like company creation, etc...can someone please tell me where i can learn HCM online i.e., links,websites or even any books that can refer to. i have a deadline of around a month within which i need to learn HCM as per my company guidelines, so that i can get into real time projects.
