Like wise you need to check the balance leaves at the end of the year or a particular time. and compensate with basic pay in payroll. For this you need to write one PCR in Time and another PCR in Payroll. this is the process. I am giving you an Idea.
But do not ask me how to write a PCR? because I too have no idea.
