Hi All.

When i click on user administration role in portal content or an role from portal content to open object properties i am getting java script error permission denied alert box.

I have given read/ write and checked the eu_role also.

I think problem started after clearing navigation cluster cache.

How to solve this.

Thanks,

hasni

Hi,

Check if it a browser script error. Else check the log file for the description of the error.

Hi

Try opening using

http://host.domain.de and navigate to user admin

or

http://host.domain:port.de and navigate to user admin

if still u cant access its always better to restart ur server and check.

after restarting if still the problem persist then enable script debugging in the browser and check for the Javascript error that occurs.

HI

go to user administration page

select the super admin or user admin role

in the details of the role u can find assigned action tab.

but this action is set by default .

if not assign there so u can start administrating user.
