SINGLE CYCLE PLAN

Hi all,

In single cycle plan there wont be any strategy assigned to it.right?

but when i create a single cycle plan(using IP42) system asks for maint plan category and maint startegy as well.

it doesnt allow me to proceed without entering the strategy.

why it's so?

hi

i think for creating single cycle plan you can use IP01 and IP41. IP42 is used for strategy plan

I think if you drill down the menu path as follows

Plant maintenance --> Preventive maintenance --> Maintenance palnning --> Maintenance plans > Creat>

I think here you can see clearly against each T. code it is written that this will execute for what

IP41 --> single cycle plan

Ip42 --> strategy plan
