Install base Replication

Hi Forum,

Is there a way to create Install base objects in R/3 and get them downloaded into CRM.

I can see transaction IB51 under Plant maintenance in R3 which can be used to create Install base in R3.

Has anybody done this and can the R3 Install base be replicated completely to CRM.
