Smartform font problem

Hi,

I want to change one hardcoded text(部長 ) to another text (承認 texts are in Japanese language ) in smartform.While I am coying these japanese text to smartform, '??'(question mark) is coming instead of japanese text.Why this is happening?? How can I solve this problem?
