SAP XI 3.0 integration Builder

Hi,

I am unable to start SAP XI 3.0 integration Builder, whenever I try to start it from SAP displayed with a message Integartion Builder Address not Maintained.

I am unable to open the page

http://ipaddress:50000/irj

Error Message:

404 Not Found

SAP J2EE Engine/6.40

The requested resource does not exist.
