co11 SAVE OPTION DEACTIVE

Hi gurus..

i have one problem during confirmation through CO11.

i m unable to save confirmation as SAVE option in deactive. when i click on back system askme do you want to save confirmation.

Why SAVE option is deactive.? How to active in CO11 ?

Click on goods Movement . It will be active there.

CO11 is to confirm based on confirmation no / order.....Initially you will see the save button grayed but once you enter correct confirmation no / order; it should activiate

Did you try with CO11N????

Check whether confirmation number is correct or not?

but i m using co11 and when entering with order number .

when i enterd operation view coming , after clicking on detial of that operation..SAVED option is grey,deactivate.

Let's clarify

You enter order number in CO11 (& at that time save button is greyed)

After entering order number & when reaching next screen; save button should be active & there you can enter whatever parameters you want i.e. partial conf or final, yield, scrap etc.......

Hope it is clear & revert where exactly you are facing this issue

This is probably because of Authorization Problem.

Contact your Basis Team rectify this problem..
