Create BP with minimum fields ( BAPI )

Hi All,

I want to create BPs in CRM 5.0 with minimum/mandatory data

from a web application.

can somene tel me which are all the mandatory fields required for the same, also please tell me the BAPI which can be used in this context.

Any Help/Hint will be appreciated heavily ( Points ).
