Dear Experts,

I need your valuable suggestions reg..

I created one PCR to get Round off the amounts in remuneration statement. but don't know where i need to assign that rule. Can anyone guide me to resolve the issue..

Hi..

it depends on what type of wage types u want to round of...

pls input ur exact requirement...

for rounding rule.. pls check my earlier thread.

We need to get round off the amounts for Basic pay, Composite all, HRA, conveyance..

Include your PCR after the call to the payroll function XVAL.

XVAL is PCR.

u can inlcude ur rounding rule after that...

Hi

Go to your schema(pe01) in change mode. Find out where XVAL is called. Insert one more line after this. In the new line, put PIT followed by your PCR name.

Thank you for putting your time efforts, but i'm unable to find XVAL in my copied schema. Can you plz. guide me how to get XVAL rule. It's coming in Payroll Log.

Hi,

The PCR should be included the payroll schema after the concerned payroll function which gives the "non-rounded" amount. Now you activate the schema, run the payroll and then run the remuneration statement. The rounded amount will appear in the remuneration statement.
