Emails from SAP are going to Junk folder


We established connection the exchange server by configuring SMTP node and the emails are going from SAP but some of the emails are going to junk folder of exchange server(only one exchange server is configured).We would like to know why it is going to Junk folder? Is there any settings is required on SAP to avoid receiving the emails in junk folder.

    You will have to maintain the settings on your exchange server.

    Check your mail server to find the reason why they are send to the junk folder.
