homochromy graphic can not be displayed in the physical printout

Hi Gurus ,

I am facing one problem with the graphics in Smartforms.

I have to Print the logo of company. when i put this logo in the graphics i can see it in the form painter and print preview, BUT it can not be printed in the paper of physical printer, the position of the logo is blank, and the blank space even overwrite some other place. ( i m sure the resolution is no prob, the window area is bigger than the logo with resolution )

by the way, the graphics we are using is homochromy( black & white ).
