General Scenario?

HI,

Client is fron US,He makes an order of 10 goods of 3 different materials each.The Company has plants in valrious location across in different regions.The company has to deliver the goods from California to Newyork.How to do this.

one of my collegue has asked me thisquestion.can any one anwer this question.coz i was confused while answering in

Currency conversion, pricing will be done based on us currency or Rupee.

i have given one possible answer is Export sales.He was Satisfied with that answer but he need in detail...

Pls with out mind give answer.Sorry if my question is irritating.
