Selectors - show more rows

Hi, can anyone help me. I am new to this.

I have tryed to search for this without luck.

I have an Excelsheet for a company phone list. I want to show ex. 2 or 3 rows in a list view or table view from when I press on a button ex. from like the Label Based Menu or in other way. The button should be linked to a cell with the head name ex. IT-department, and on release it should show some rows with names and numbers.

How can I do that.
