Major slow down

My CX project has experienced a major slow down in the last 3 days - it is almost unusable! I have added additional data and tabs, but do not have vlookup or concatenate formulas. I tried taking out the new tabs that are recently added to see if it would go back, and also tried rebuilding the project from scratch without much improvement. Any other ideas? Any advice would be much appreciated. Tks!
