Visual Studio 2008 and Crystal 2008

I'm attempting to use CR 2008 with VS 2008 on an asp.net webpage

After manually changing the web.config and all references to the CR 2008 dll's e.g. 12.0.2000.0 I got it to 'work'

It however seems very buggy.

The active x print gives an not found error

I randomly get taken back to parameter entry

Click ok on parameter entry does not always appear to work

The web.config gets updated automatically to reference 12.0.1100.0 dll's which don't appear to be installed anywhere so then give an not found error when you run the app.

I was wondering if anyone else had tried this and has any pointers, or is this not yet supported, if not, when will it be?

<p>Some of the behaviours you maybe seeing because CR2008 doesn&#39;t yet support VS2008. However, some of the parameter prompting issues may be a result of some changes made to the viewer architecture. In the release notes there is some information regarding a known postback issue and a code sample to fix the issue. Your issue could be related so I recommend trying it out.
