Web service issue with Visual Studio 2005 and Crystal Reports Developer XI R2 installed

I have Visual Studio 2005 Professional which comes with the bundled version of Crystal Reports (version 10.2). Now I have upgraded to CR XI R2 and find there is a problem with deploying reports as web services. The bundled version of CR allows you to redistribute a web application to a third party provided you get written authorisation from Business Objects first. But CR XI R2 does not allow this. You have to buy a copy of CR developer for the third party as well. I have corresponded with Business Objects over this and they say "If you want to distribute a web application using the assemblies from the version of Crystal reports that comes along with VS.Net (v10.2) to a third party client, then you could do so by getting a written authorization from Crystal." So that seems fine but now I need to find a way to use the version 10.2 assemblies in my web application. Only version 11.5 Crystal .NET assemblies seem to be listed as available references. Can anyone please guide me on how I can choose to use the earlier version of Crystal with Visual Studio 2005? At the moment I am thinking of uninstalling my CR upgrade just so that I can make some progress.
