export to XML in Crystal Enterprise 10 or Crystal Server XI

I have developed a report and upload it to CE10 and CRXI server. How can have the report being exported to XML using CE 10 or CRXI Server? I know it can be done on CR Developer but the task should be automated or done by user and not IT. Any advise?

Install/Update utility shows that Export Support for XML exports -is- installed.

Users dont see the option for Exporting to XML when running a report online. I dont have export to XML as an option when setting up a job in CE console.

Having the same issue here - need to be able to schedule reports in CE 10 to export to XML format. Not seeing where to enable this capability. Release notes on CE 10 indicate to support this functionality. If anyone can be of some help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Scheduling Crystal Reports to XML is not supported until XI 3.0 - the newest version.

Exporting Crystal Reports to XML was supported in earlier versions.
