Can't connect database

<p>I created a blank report and was trying to create a new connection to our DB2 database. After filling in all the DB info, I pressed the "Test Connection" button and an error message popped up:</p><p> "Connection to DB2 UDB failed.</p><p>No license is present."</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Is this a limitation of the unregistered CR4E? </p>

    Hi there,
Â Â Â Â This is not a limitation of Crystal Reports for Eclipse. The view that we use to make the Database Connections is actually an Eclipse plugin. If you are encountering issues in this view then it is likely an issue with your database driver or provider. What class are you using to connect to your DB2 database? I would suggest doing a Google search for the error message and the database driver class name. This will likely point you in the right direction.
