Get Back file which publish in Business Objects

hi....

how can i get back the file (PDF or RPT) which i publish in the Business Objects Enterprise.

And

how the Business Objects Enterprise allocate the folder name for the file in c:\ProgramFile\BusinessObjects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11\FileStore\input
