Help me!! No Universe File attached to the Universe InfoObject

I want to import an universe to my DeskI, after i select the universe that i want, it give me an error:

1) No Universe File attached to the Universe InfoObject,

2) After click OK, it give me another msg: Could not import the universe,

3) After click OK, it give me: Cannot find the "XXX" universe.

This problem happened at my client laptop, my laptop is working fine.

Anyone can help me on this? Thanks!
