Crystal functionality not working BO XI Enterprise Premium release 2

<p>I&#39;ve been trying to create and investigate the Crystal Reports functionality within InfoView (i.e. create new reports, view sample reports) but none of it seems to be working. We currently only use Web intelligence docs, but whenever I try any Crystal functions, I get a "There is an error while launching CR Explorer application" error or a <span class="crExceptionText">"Failed to open the connection. <report title>." error</span>. Could the original installer have the ability to disable anything that has to do with Crystal? Can I turn this back on? Or would I have to re-install the Crystal portion of the BO enterprise? Thanks.</p>
