Report section sizes defined directly, no using meters.

Hi, I'm traying to insert a specific sizes for a matricial report (Crystal Report 10), but I don't find How I get give information about it. I can use the slide bar-meters from report, but it isn't exact. I want to use some tool, like a screen, where I can put writing the sizes.
