CR v11 - How to select records ONLY IF "Effective End Date" field is Null

Hello. Newbie here to Crystal Reports. Does anyone know how to select records ONLY IF the "Effective End Date" field is Null? The field is defined in the database as a date field. I only want to see the records where this field is Null (I don't want to see the records where this field is populated)
